Training Plans

image6

Tough Mudder is a 10 mile mud and obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. With no podiums, winners, or clocks to race against, it’s not about how fast you can cross the finish line. Rather, it’s a challenge that emphasizes teamwork, camaraderie, and accomplishing something almost as tough as you are.

Concentrate on upper body strength, legs, core  and cardio.

YORKSHIRE WARRIOR

Overview- see full review above

image8

A nice steady 10k or 20k mud run around Ripley Castle North Yorkshire. Circular course which isn't too hilly . Obstacles are manageable with some upper body strength and a good team.  Nothing too challenging. Lakes and rivers, some industrial sections and a little electric fence (which doesn't hurt).

Co-ordinated warm up to start and glory photo at end. Timed.
