Aerial Yoga

Overall Difficulty: Requires a strong head.

Cardio:Strength:Flexibility: Will develop strength and flexibility.

Overall:  Thoroughly enjoyable class. Enables you to push and develop yoga poses further.

Top Tips: Wear a top with sleeves. Some poses are held with yoga swing under arms and this can hurt until you get used to the swing.  I found muscles in my shoulders I didn't know I had.
